RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Should you receive your garment from us, try it on and find that the fit is not right, you can exchange it for the same item in another size (stock dependant) or exchange it for an item of the same or greater value. Should a replacement item not be available then a full refund can be made once the garment has been returned unworn and with tags attached.

Simply contact us info@thestylingroom.co.nz and we will email you with instructions.

SIZING GUIDE AND MEASURING TIPS
We want the excperience of buying online to be as seamless and easy as possible. To help you with sizing we have a detailed guide on each product page and measuring tips to make sure you are measuring all the right places. Should a garment be cut smaller or larger than normal there a note will be made on the product page.

LAYBY
We are happy to arrange layby terms for you, simply contact us with your request and the terms and a reference number will be sent to you.
A 25% initial deposit is required and the layby term is for a maximum of 6 weeks. All goods will be held until the final payment has been made.

DIRECT ONLINE PAYMENTS
Direct online payments can be made into our account by emailing us with your request and we will send through account details, all goods will be posted once the payment has been made.

DELIVERY
Once you proceed to checkout the delivery fee will automatically come up.
The delivery charge is a flat fee of $7.00 throughout NZ including rural and will take between 1-3 days.

We are happy to ship internationally.

Prices for track and trace are:
Australia $30.00 incl GST (2-4 days delivery)
United States $45.00 incl GST (7 day delivery)
United Kingdon $45.00 incl GST (7 day delivery)
